Best Couple Ever ~ Farmington NM Photographer

Time to start playing catch-up from the last 2 1/2 months!

Thank goodness this was such a wonderful, laid-back couple! We had some horses that rather stubbornly wouldn't get of the way but wanted to follow us around, and a pair of part pit-bull puppies (VERY, VERY friendly little guys), who showed up out of the blue, to jump-on, lick, and climb on us all! I was getting rather frazzled, but they just laughed it all off! By the time this session was done, I was so grateful that these two were the ones with me this day. It really was terrific meeting and working with you both! Thank you.

My Surprise

Most of you already know my big news, but just in case you haven't heard, Baby #4 is on the way. We are due in May!


I have already announced that my session spots are full for the rest of this year, but I have also had to make the not-so-easy decision to take at least next year (2012) off. I want to enjoy more time with my kids (without feeling guilty about the photo work I need to be doing), watch more TV with the hubby, play more video games with the kiddos, and take more naps!!

I hope that you all will keep checking in on the blog. I have MANY sessions to post from this year and will continue to do so. I will also be adding TONS of my personal photos when I finally have the chance to start doing more of my editing come December.

I will also announce on the blog when I will start taking appointments again. I know the next couple years are going to be absolute chaos around this place so I don't want to commit to anything until I know I am ready to dive back in.

Thank you so much to all of my customers over the last couple years. I could not ask for better people to work with! I am excited for a break, but I also know I am going to miss this like crazy.

Stay tuned to find out if this little bug is going to be a boy or a girl! Carsyn and I are crossing everything we are getting a girl! (But I do have pretty cute boys so that would be OK too)
