Oh Boy! ~ Farmington NM Photographer

As you have heard me say, it has been all about the boys this season. This terrific family was the crowning glory -- 4 boys -- 4 really cute boys! They were all so great, and the weather even held out for us into November. I was so relieved that we weren't having to freeze. Thanks again! It was great to meet you all.

I sooo love this one! It puts a smile on my face every time I see it.

Photo Swap ~ Farmington NM Photography

Jessica, a photography friend and neighbor, and I got together to swap family sessions. It was really great since we just basically exchanged files so that we could each edit in our own styles. I was so excited to get some fun pictures of us together, and Jessica had such great ideas (not to mention she lugged her awesome couch and chair down here for me).

Jessica put this one together. I love it! Especially since my little buggers have always looked so similiar to me.

Now to the other half of the session swap. Here is Jessica's gorgeous family. Four girls that are each stunning. It was soooo cold the night we did these, but everyone handled it like champs (although my hands were so numb I couldn't hardly even change the settings on my camera by the end). Love the color palette for the outfits, and they are clearly used to being in front of the camera! Thanks again, and I am sooooooo glad we did this!

This little guy melted my heart the second he came out of the car with a huge smile. He was so great the whole time, and talk about a smiler -- I just love his grin! By the way, mom and dad were pretty fun too. Thanks again for all the help with the gates, chairs, etc. You are a beautiful family!

Another Handsome Boy ~ Farmington NM Photographer

'Tis the year of the boy here at Amber Dawn Photography. Now I am not complaining cause they have all been the cutest little buggers, but I am just kind of surprised! I do have a few girlies that will be gracing the blog soon and some more adorable boys!

This is such a cute family. It was WINDY the day of our shoot, so we had to do mostly indoor shots, but they were so great about it and I just love how they adore their little boy. Take a look at those big, brown eyes and you can see why! And he has the most little expressive eyebrows!

We snuck out into the wind for a couple of shots and even manged to get one where everyone's hair was relatively still!

I am only booking newborn sessions for the remainder of this year. All other openings have been filled. Thanks for understanding! I am going to try to get caught up, move into my new home office, and spend a little time with the kiddos.
